All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Locations

Bloom Smile currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Bloom Smile is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bloom Smile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, Bloom Smile is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
