Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of oral care products, all sales are final once the product has been opened or used.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bloom Smile is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Results Disclaimer
Whitening results may vary from person to person. Variations in results do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds.
