Professional whitening doesn’t have to be complicated. Bloom Smile ProGlow is designed to deliver noticeable results with a simple, guided routine you can use from home.

Step 1: Prep Your Smile

Begin by brushing your teeth thoroughly to remove surface debris.
Dry your teeth before application to help the whitening gel adhere evenly.

Step 2: Apply the Whitening Gel

Using the whitening pen, apply a thin, even layer of gel to the front surfaces of your teeth.
Avoid contact with gums and lips for optimal comfort.

Step 3: Insert the LED Mouthpiece

Place the LED mouthpiece comfortably in your mouth and press the power button to begin treatment.
The ergonomic design helps ensure even light coverage across your smile.

Step 4: Choose Your Whitening Mode

Blue Light Mode
Activates a 15-minute whitening session designed to lift stains and enhance brightness.

Red + Blue Light Mode
Combines whitening with a soothing red light designed to support comfort and help reduce sensitivity during treatment.

Step 5: Relax for 15 Minutes

The mouthpiece runs automatically for the full session.
Breathe normally and avoid excessive movement during use for best results.

Step 6: Automatic Shut-Off

After 15 minutes, the device will automatically power off, signaling the end of your session.

Step 7: Rinse & Store

Remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Rinse the mouthpiece and place it into the UV sanitizing case for hygienic storage.

Built-In UV Sanitization

The ProGlow sanitizing case uses UV light to help keep your mouthpiece clean between uses.
Simply place the mouthpiece inside the case after treatment and allow the sanitization cycle to complete.

Charging & Care

  • Charge the mouthpiece using the included USB charging cable

  • A flashing indicator light signals charging; solid light indicates a full charge

  • Keep the device dry and store at room temperature

  • Always use with the provided charging accessories

When Will I See Results?

Many users notice visible improvement within the first few uses.
For optimal results, use ProGlow once daily for 7 consecutive days.

Results may vary based on individual tooth enamel and staining.
